DRAIN LAYING: SANITARY SEWER AND STORMWATER
Our core business is Drainage Construction & Maintenance we provide our services to home owners, landlords, rental agencies, property developers, surveyors and local councils including Wellington Water.
We specialise in drainage and water for new builds and subdivisions, however, we also provide services for commercial, residential and rural clients within our community.
SITE WORKS: EARTHWORKS & EXCAVATIONS
Our Earthworks & Excavations service coincides with drainlaying, however, most of our earthworks happens on new builds and subdivisions where we can move bulk material , site scrape , demolish , site levelling, cut and fill where necessary.
Our Trenching service is either by machine excavation or hand digging where there is limited access.
WATER MAINS: NEW LATERALS & LEAK REPAIRS
Aqueduct Supply & Install new water mains from the public mains to the Toby box at the boundary. We also lay new lines and repairs existing pipes with leaks.
CONCRETE DRIVEWAYS & COUNCIL APPROVED DRIVEWAY CROSSINGS
During the subdivision process in particular resource consent or building consent we have chosen to complete council approved driveway crossings to help clients with their consents processes. We now offer concrete services which includes new concrete driveway crossings, driveways, footpaths and almost anything that requires concrete or asphalt.

We Construct New Timber Retaining Walls for new builds and subdivisions.

Drain Repair, Relay or Renewal for Sewer & Stormwater starts at $200 per metre.
Drain Laying
$125 per metre minimum charge
For most jobs we recommend a starting point of $125 per metre to cover costs like labour, travel, parts, equipment and materials.
Residential - Inside boundary - $125 per metre min
Civil - boundary - Kerb - $500 per meter min
Civil - Carriageway - $1,000 per metre min

$1,250 min charge
We Supply & Lay New Sewer Lateral connections from the public, private mains or septic tank to the boundary of any property to provide a connection for the dwelling.
New Stormwater Laterals
$1,250 min charge
We Supply & Install New Stormwater Laterals from the Public or private mains, manhole, sumps or kerb connection to the property boundary to provide service for your dwelling.
Water Main Laterals
$1,250 min.
We Supply & Install New Water Main Laterals from the existing public or Private Water Main or Rider Main to the property boundary via a Toby Box and Manifold.
We also lay mains right to the building including fixing leaks and repairing old pipes

Wellington Water & Local councils now require a Detention Tank System on all new builds.
A Standard 2,000L System can cost around $3,500 if installed to specificaction.

Wellington residents are now installing Rain Water Tanks for emergency drinking water supply and to collect water to save on impending water metres
Underground Stormwater & Sewer Tanks

We Supply & Install any size underground Sewer & Stormwater Tanks. Underground tanks save space and remain out of sight.

Channel Drains / Slot Drains
$125 per metre min.
Installing Channel Drains and Slot Drains if done correctly is a fantastic way to remove surface water and battle surface water flooding.
Particularly useful in paved areas like across the front of garage entrances to prevent water infiltration, footpaths, driveways, patios and entertaining areas.
Field Drains / French Drains
$150 per lineal metre min.
Where you have surface water flooding in particular a grassy or unpaved area we recommend a French drain or nova drain stormwater soak age system to convey water off site
Stormwater Soak Pits
$2,500 - $9,000
We can design , supply & Install any sized soak pit where there is no provision to the public main.
